Position Summary :
Drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment across the product organization. Lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize product development processes, and ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies for SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee multiple product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Implement best practices for product lifecycle management from ideation to launch
- Serve as a liaison between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
- Optimize workflows, tooling, and collaboration frameworks for operational efficiency
- Establish dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and value
- Identify risks and bottlenecks, develop scalable frameworks, and integrate feedback loops
Minimum Requirements :
8+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or New Product Introduction (NPI) in SaaSStrong cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, marketing, and salesExpertise in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, AsanaData-driven mindset with experience using analytics and KPIsExceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsSkills Required
