We are seeking a motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through phone calls, promoting our products and services, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent communication flow.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the sales strategies and customer responses.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (or other regional languages).Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.Basic knowledge of telemarketing techniques and customer service practices.Education
