Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineering Trainer with deep expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing automation systems . The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on industrial automation technologies, process control systems, and GxP-compliant automation practices used in pharmaceutical production, packaging, and utilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver technical training modules on :
• PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Emerson, Honeywell).
• Batch automation, process control, and recipe management.
• Equipment automation (reactors, fermenters, autoclaves, HVAC, CIP / SIP systems).
• Pharma-specific automation standards (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, Data Integrity).
• Networking and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet / IP).
• Conduct hands-on training sessions using simulation tools and real equipment setups.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and assessments tailored for pharma operations.
• Train engineers, technicians, and operators in automation troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Support cross-functional skill enhancement for validation, QA, and manufacturing teams.
• Keep training programs aligned with evolving industry trends and regulatory updates.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external vendors to enhance course content.
