With strong demand across India, Europe, and the US — and multiple category-specific GTMs underway — we’re hiring a Sales & Operations–focused Chief of Staff to accelerate growth and streamline execution across GTM, revenue, and delivery.
Role Overview
This Chief of Staff will be the Founder’s operational and revenue right hand, driving sales processes, operational efficiency, account delivery, and cross-team execution.
This is a high-speed, high-responsibility role : you will manage GTM pipelines, drive deal cycles, streamline onboarding and delivery operations, and ensure Dopplr hits ambitious revenue and execution targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Pipeline Acceleration (50%)
Track, manage, and improve the entire sales funnel : prospecting → demos → proposals → negotiations → close.
Ensure outreach systems, ABM campaigns, and AI-led sales workflows run smoothly.
Work with founder on strategic pitches, proposals, and deal structuring.
Ensure follow-ups, cadences, and CRM hygiene are religiously maintained.
Analyze pipeline velocity, conversion ratios, deal health, and revenue forecasts.
Identify bottlenecks and design fixes (content, messaging, workflows, prioritization).
Support international GTM motions across innerwear, footwear, loungewear, and menswear 3D.
2. Operations & Delivery Excellence (30%)
Oversee the smooth delivery of projects across 3D production, onboarding, and integrations.
Track fulfillment timelines for assets, VTO setups, and client go-lives.
Build operational systems to scale from 20 → 100 garments / month with predictable SLAs.
Improve coordination between 3D artists, tech, and client success teams.
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
Ensure client commitments are met with “zero slip” execution.
3. Founder Leverage & Cross-Functional Execution (20%)
Convert founder’s priorities into plans, tasks, and weekly execution sprints.
Drive company OKRs, weekly reviews, and accountability frameworks.
Prepare briefs, decks, and strategic communications for clients, teams, and partners.
Act as an integrator across Sales, Ops, Product, and 3D teams.
Who You Are
3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, founder’s office, or program management in SaaS or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM, outreach systems, and GTM motions.
Process-driven and extremely organized.
Great communicator — crisp, structured, articulate.
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-context, founder-led environment.
Can operate both strategically (planning, GTM thinking) and tactically (running cadences, tracking ops).
Strong analytical thinking — able to read numbers, forecast revenue, and identify patterns.
Bonus Experience
SaaS or PLG GTM exposure
E-commerce or fashion industry exposure
Experience with 3D ops / design ops
Experience with CRMs, ABM tools, Mixpanel, BigQuery, project management tools
Exposure to international markets (US / EU / East Asia)
