Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Create and innovate new menu items that align with the brand's vision and customer preferences.
- Manage food inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food preparation and service to maintain quality and consistency across all locations.
- Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment.Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and international cuisines.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to create and design menus based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.Proficient in food cost management and budgeting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Skills Required
