Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure statutory compliance in the procure to pay cycle covering purchase orders and invoices. Perform monthly fixed asset accounting, and partner with teams engaged in asset sourcing and disposal.Ensure fixed assets, procure to pay reporting policies, procedures and controls are up to date, and meet compliance requirements. Coordinate with global and local control monitoring teams, and ensure that control testing is performed. Highlight trends to provide transparency.Engage and support audits for fixed assets and procure to pay related queries. Coordinate with both global and local audit teams during audit assessments.Ensure that third party vendor management, business continuity plans are up to date. Lead FUSE and associated control assessments.Lead associate onboarding by communicating key finance & accounting processes, ensuring accesses, updating portals and resolving stakeholder queries.Partner with global stakeholders on enterprise driven projects that are also implemented in the India entity. Monitor exceptions from standards and lead associated exception reporting. Understand all of the data that is key to your business line and Implement process improvements. Regularly liaison with India and global stakeholders to resolve queries.Basic Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of Tally, Workday and Peoplesoft
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal, written and presentation
