Role
Be the single trusted contact for all buyers. Onboard via cold calls, resolve 90% queries, drive app repeat orders, reduce FSE dependency.
What You'll Do
Cold-call prospects → App onboarding → First order
Handle ALL queries (order status, quality, returns, cancellations) via WhatsApp / phone
Reactivate dormant buyers + build relationships
Coordinate with Sales Head / TL / FSE for escalations / visits
Track + report in CRM (onboarding, query TAT, retention)
What We Need
3+ yrs inside sales / customer success (FMCG / distribution preferred)
English + Kannada fluency (phone / WhatsApp)
CRM / Sheets comfort + thick skin for escalations
Zero tolerance for side deals – integrity first
