Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and Java to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications.
• Design and implement frontend solutions using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Own technical design, code quality, and best practices across modules.
• Review code, mentor developers, and guide team execution.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and sprint planning.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Support deployment, CI / CD pipelines, and production issues.
