Desktop operating System Windows XP / Windows 7 L1 and L2 trouble shooting
Basic Windows Server Knowledge L1
User Management / Policies configuration
Mail (MS Outlook / )365 / G Suite) configuration / maintenance / trouble shooting
Printer driver installation , network Printer installation troubleshooting
Network management and uptime
Provide maximum uptime of clients network and infrastructure
Candidate Profile : Desired Skills & Experience
Science Graduate with 1 yr HW / Networking course ( BCA / BTech / 3 yrs Diploma IT preferred)
MCSE training / at least MCP Certifications will be preferred
At least 1.5 yrs working experience working as a desktop support executive
Trouble Shooting experience on Mail Client Outlook is MANDATORY
Proficient user of MS Office and Internet
Fluency in English communication ( Read / Write / Speak)
