BHS Solutions is E Commerce / tech support arm of Homescapes, a UK based online retail group with establishment in the UK and Germany.

Job Title : Amazon Management Executive (UK & EU Markets)

Homescapes is a UK-based homeware brand selling across Amazon UK, EU marketplaces, and retail websites. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Management Executive to support our UK team by managing daily Amazon operations, listing optimisation, PPC monitoring, competitor analysis, and managing any issues on Amazon UK, DE, FR, IT, ES and other EU marketplaces.

This role is operations and performance focused, working closely with the UK team who sets strategy and improvement parameters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listing Management & Optimisation

  • Optimise product titles, bullets, descriptions and keywords (based on direction from the UK team)
  • Improve A+ Content and Brand Store pages (working with UK content team as needed)
  • Ensure listings comply with Amazon EU policies.

2.  Performance Monitoring & Improvements

  • Analyse sessions, conversion rates, keyword rankings, BSR, and sales trends
  • Identify issues and submit reports with recommended improvements
  • Execute optimisation tasks agreed with UK team
  • 3. Amazon PPC (Ads) Support & Reporting

  • Extract weekly PPC data for Sponsored Products / Brands
  • Identify negative keywords. Coordinate with hosting providers for issues like downtime, resource usage, and server-side errors.
  • Highlight wasted spend, keyword performance drops, opportunities
  • Report campaign insights to UK team
  • 4. Daily Account Health & Issue Tracking

  • Monitor for stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and buy box issues
  • Track account health metrics and escalate when required
  • Check for policy violations, product flags, and compliance matters
  • 5. Competitor & Opportunity Analysis

  • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, images, keywords, and best sellers
  • Identify new opportunities, trending keywords, and catalogue gaps
  • 6.  Sales & Promotions

  • Support with Lightning Deals, vouchers, coupons, and promotional planning
  • Track performance of promotions and share analysis
  • Required Skills and Experience  Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to read and present data.
  • Excellent written English (reporting to UK team) Eye for detail and ability to follow routines with discipline.
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • Ability to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working independently with UK team guidance
  • Experience

  • Minimum 3–6 years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (mandatory)
  • Experience with Amazon UK / EU marketplaces preferred
  • Strong understanding of :

  • Listing optimisation
  • Keyword research
  • Amazon SEO
  • Negative keyword optimisation
  • Reporting dashboards
  • Account health and issue resolution
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Salary : Commensurate with abilities and experience, and matching with the best in the industry.
