Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on defined criteria
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update documentation regularly
- Support onboarding processes and candidate communication
- Collect feedback and contribute to improving hiring workflow
