YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :

• Operational Safety Assessment / Fatigue Assessment of engine components, tools or systems based on standard FEA workflow o Pre-processing tasks for FE Analysis- ▪ Generating quality meshes with sufficient resolution. o Solving- ▪ Ensuring correct modelling to capture relevant physics with good convergence. ▪ Performing plausibility checks on results obtained. o Presentation of simulation results. ▪ Documentation on all critical hotspots with necessary illustration. ▪ Concrete summary including conclusions and actions on key findings.
• Optimization based on observed results to improve mechanical safeties.
• Presentation of simulation results and writing R&D reports.
• Method investigations for non-standard tasks and preparing new guidelines for established process.
• Team work in project through internal collaboration to ensure compatibility and finding new solutions in close cooperation with design engineers and product line departments.
• Project planning to meet delivery timelines and implement best practices with respect to quality and norms.
