Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Quality Manager. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to quality control and assurance within the organization. Tasks include managing quality inspection processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting audits, implementing quality improvement measures, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality standards. The Quality Manager will also be responsible for training staff on quality control procedures and maintaining documentation related to quality management systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Auditing
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Proficiency in using quality management systems and documentation
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
