Description

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of insurance solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of insurance solutions for our clients
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
Ensure that project milestones and deliverables are met on-time and within budget
Manage project risks and issues, and escalate as appropriate
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members
Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders
Manage project budgets and financials, and ensure that projects are profitable
Develop and maintain delivery processes and methodologies
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field

12-15 years of experience in insurance delivery management

Experience managing large and complex insurance projects

Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes and regulations

Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience managing teams of 20+ people

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
