Role : Sr. AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking an Sr. AI / ML Engineer with  3–7 years of experience  to design, architect, and lead the development of end-to-end AI systems. This role involves defining scalable AI / ML strategies, leading solution design, and mentoring engineers while working on Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced ML solutions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping ImmersiveData.AI’s AI ecosystem — from concept to deployment — and ensure that our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and enterprise-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and implement  scalable AI / ML systems  and data pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end  ML lifecycle , from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Design and optimize  Generative AI and Agentic AI  systems tailored for real-world business applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into technical AI solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate  LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings  into production systems.
• Define  ML Ops best practices , including model versioning, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior AI / ML engineers and guide technical implementation across teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI / ML trends, frameworks, and tools to drive innovation.
