Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Azure Devops

Responsibilities

Lead the design implementation and management of Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability security and high availability.

Develop and enforce DevOps best practices including CI / CD infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated testing frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.

Establish monitoring logging and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.

Implement cost optimization strategies and manage cloud budgets effectively.

Drive the adoption of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes) to facilitate efficient application deployment.

Mentor and guide DevOps engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Assess emerging Azure technologies and recommend adoption to enhance system performance and security.

Experience in GenAi Project (Good to have)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Proven expertise in Azure services including Azure VMs Azure Blob Storage Azure Functions Azure SQL Database Virtual Network Azure Active Directory and ARM templates.

Strong experience in CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps Pipelines.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).

Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).

In-depth knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure Solutions Architect Expert Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or related certifications.

Experience in implementing monitoring and logging frameworks using tools like Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack.

Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

Experience with cost management and optimization in Azure.
