Role Overview
As a Sales Executive And Team Lead , youll be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a team of insurance advisors to drive business growth through the agency network. This role demands a proactive approach, local market understanding, and a passion for achieving sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Life Insurance Advisors.
- Drive sales through effective business planning and goal setting.
- Motivate and guide advisors to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Sales (BFSI, FMCG, Telecom, or any direct sales preferred).Must be a local candidate with at least 3 years of residence in Hyderabad or Bangalore.Excellent communication and people management skills.Strong network and understanding of the local market.Graduate or above in any discipline.What We Offer :
