Google Ads Sales Specialist

Remote | Full-Time | CST Hours (9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST)

We’re hiring a Google Ads Sales Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency and help us scale our client base across North America.

We specialize in Google Ads , offering a full suite of campaign solutions — Search, Display, YouTube Ads , and Performance Max — to help our clients drive real business growth.

Our clients span across North America, and we pride ourselves on delivering measurable results with high-conversion strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new clients
  • Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and DMs
  • Pitch Google Ads solutions (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) in a consultative and ROI-driven manner
  • Schedule and conduct discovery meetings , tailor proposals to business needs, and follow through with closing
  • Raise invoices and coordinate with billing before handing over the project to our expert Google Ads team
  • Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
  • Update CRM and maintain sales pipeline accurately and consistently
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver a great client experience

Ideal Candidate :

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound sales , ideally within a marketing agency serving the North American market
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) — you understand the platform and can speak its language with confidence
  • Exceptional communication skills – fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Highly self-motivated, able to work independently without micromanagement
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and skilled at planning and executing outreach strategies
  • Experience using CRM and outbound sales tools ( Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Bonus : You've worked with small to mid-sized businesses and know how to tailor solutions to their needs
  • Working Hours :

  • Full-time, remote
  • Monday to Friday | 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST
