Google Ads Sales Specialist
Remote | Full-Time | CST Hours (9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM CST)
We’re hiring a Google Ads Sales Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency and help us scale our client base across North America.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new clients
- Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and DMs
- Pitch Google Ads solutions (Search, YouTube, Display, Performance Max) in a consultative and ROI-driven manner
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings , tailor proposals to business needs, and follow through with closing
- Raise invoices and coordinate with billing before handing over the project to our expert Google Ads team
- Nurture and manage relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Update CRM and maintain sales pipeline accurately and consistently
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and deliver a great client experience
Ideal Candidate :
3–5 years of proven experience in outbound sales , ideally within a marketing agency serving the North American marketStrong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) — you understand the platform and can speak its language with confidenceExceptional communication skills – fluent English, both verbal and writtenHighly self-motivated, able to work independently without micromanagementGoal-oriented, organized, and skilled at planning and executing outreach strategiesExperience using CRM and outbound sales tools ( Sales Navigator, HubSpot, etc.)Bonus : You've worked with small to mid-sized businesses and know how to tailor solutions to their needsWorking Hours :
