About the role :
This role focuses on driving international sales and marketing for the company’s product portfolio across global markets. The position involves managing distributor networks, leading product launches and promotional activities, and developing new international markets through strong market analysis. The ideal candidate must bring proven experience in the FMCG or food industry, with strong communication, analytical, and export management capabilities.
Responsibilities :
- Will manage end-to-end sales and marketing activities, including product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Identifying and developing new international markets through detailed market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend evaluation.
- To analyse market data, pricing trends, and consumer behaviours to support strategic product development and pricing decisions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, importers, and key buyers to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure consistent market growth.
- To monitor and analyse market demand, supply chain dynamics, and inventory levels to optimise product distribution and sales performance.
- To develop annual sales targets, track progress, and implement strategies to achieve the desired business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Compliance teams to ensure all export labelling, packaging, and regulatory requirements are met for different international markets.
Requirements :
Proven experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or the food industry.Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience managing distributor networks and handling export documentation.Ability to work across diverse markets and adapt strategies to regional business needs.
