Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders at Vektra Engineering Pvt Ltd in Kolkata. The role involves overseeing all design aspects of hydraulic cylinders and leading a team of designers and engineers. The Head of Design Hydraulic Cylinders will be responsible for design management, visual design, costing, product design, to ensure high-quality and innovative hydraulic cylinder solutions for various industries.

Qualifications

Design Management and Product Design skills

Costing of Hydraulic Cylinders

Visual Design and Branding skills

Experience in designing hydraulic cylinders or related mechanical products

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Strong teamwork and leadership skills

Experience in the manufacturing industry i

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
