Job description

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of multiple large-scale IT engagements for a key client. This role requires exceptional leadership to manage delivery across diverse commercial models and large, cross-functional teams.

Location : Hyderabad

Mandatory Requirements (15+ Years Overall Experience)

  • Experience : Minimum 15+ years in IT Services, with 3+ years specifically handling Delivery Manager roles for large engagements.
  • Team Scale : Proven success managing large delivery teams (60+ members) across multiple geographies / functions.
  • Commercial Models : Expert-level experience overseeing project delivery under Fixed Price, Time & Material (T&M), and Outcome-based models.
  • Domain Breadth : Experience managing delivery across various service types : Development, Maintenance, Infrastructure, and Support.
  • Methodology : Highly proficient in Agile delivery models and ITIL-based service management.
  • Stakeholder Management : Exceptional client-facing communication and the ability to manage complex relationships with clients, partners, and service providers.
  • Process & Financials : Strong process orientation, organizational skills, and foundational knowledge of account / project financial management.
  • Location / Timing : Based in Hyderabad and available as an Immediate Joiner to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality.
  • Drive continuous improvement and governance through structured, metrics-based processes.
  • Provide regular executive reporting and status updates to all senior stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary client interface, managing expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources and dependencies across complex, cross-functional teams.
  • Actively support pre-sales, solutioning, and proposal development efforts.
