Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks for API and UI testing across cloud and AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate has deep technical experience in Python-based automation, CI / CD integration, and cross-functional collaboration in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Framework Design & Maintenance :
• Develop and enhance scalable, modular test automation frameworks using Python, Selenium WebDriver, Pytest, and Allure Reports for UI and API testing.
• End-to-End Quality Ownership :
• Drive Smoke, Sanity, Regression, and UAT testing cycles for complex systems ensuring product quality and stability before release.
• API & Integration Testing :
• Leverage Postman, Swagger, JMeter , and Python libraries for functional, performance, and integration testing of REST APIs.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment :
• Integrate automation suites with Jenkins CI / CD pipelines , ensuring seamless automated builds, reports, and test execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to define test strategies, prioritize issues, and ensure test coverage across releases.
• Agile QA Leadership :
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Daily Standups , contributing to QA best practices and continuous improvement.
• Cloud & AI Testing Exposure :
• Validate data-driven and ML-based systems across Azure / AWS / GCP , including AI-powered application workflows.
