Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Kochi. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including coordination and management of projects, overseeing sales activities, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role will also involve analyzing data to improve operational efficiency and implementing strategies to enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to process and interpret data
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with teams and clients
• Experience in Sales and the ability to drive sales initiatives
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to oversee processes and projects efficiently
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Relevant experience in the travel or tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
