Group General Manager - Human Resources and Administration (Seva Group)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Group General Manager - Human Resources and Administration (HR & Admin) to lead and transform the HR and administrative functions across the Seva Group. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and hands-on implementer, focused on rapid recruitment, digital HR transformation, and robust talent development. This role is crucial for ensuring the effective on-ground implementation of group policies and the efficient management of all administrative affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Rapid & Strategic Recruitment : Develop and execute strategies to ensure the quick, efficient, and quality hiring of talent across all group companies to meet business needs.
  • Digital Transformation : Lead the end-to-end digitalization of the HR department, implementing modern HRIS, tools, and platforms to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and the employee experience.
  • Training & Development : Design, develop, and execute comprehensive Training, Learning, and Development (L&D) modules and programs for all levels of employees to build core competencies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Policy Implementation : Expertly manage the on-ground implementation of group-wide HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency, compliance, and effective communication across all entities.
  • HR Operations : Oversee all core HR functions, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

Administration

  • Group Administration Management : Manage and supervise the day-to-day administrative affairs of the entire group companies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Infrastructure & Facilities : Oversee the management of office infrastructure, facilities, vendor contracts, and logistics to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably across a group of companies.
  • Demonstrated expertise and a successful track record in digital transformation within the HR domain.
  • Highly skilled in developing and executing effective training and L&D programs.
  • A strong implementer with the ability to translate strategic HR policies into effective on-ground actions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational management skills.
  • Experience : 10-15 years overall in the HR and Admin domain with at least 7 years into leadership role
