Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to join our

Logistics Department . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, processing orders, and ensuring smooth logistics operations with a strong understanding of the BUSY software system. This role requires excellent communication skills, good organizational ability, and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.

Receive and accurately process client orders, maintaining proper records and updating order status regularly.

Use

BUSY Software

for order entry, inventory management, billing, invoicing, and reporting.

Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse, transport, procurement) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.

Monitor delivery schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistical issues that arise during transportation.

Prepare reports related to orders, client communication, and logistics performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures related to logistics and documentation.

Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions, client interactions, and inventory movements.

Support periodic audits and documentation for regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or client coordination role.

Hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of

BUSY Software .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple client accounts and orders simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude.
