Deputy Yard & fabrication manager

Key responsibilities

• Project Management : Leads and manages the fabrication of project components, developing plans, and ensuring progress aligns with schedules.
• Technical Oversight : Supervises and ensures compliance with technical standards for activities like fabrication, welding, and quality control.
• Yard Operations : Manages daily construction activities across the yard, including resource and logistics optimization.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) : Ensures adherence to safety regulations, trains employees on best practices, analyzes accidents, and develops emergency plans.
• Quality Control : Ensures that fabricated products meet established quality standards and technical specifications.
• Personnel Management : Manages and leads project teams, allocates work, and evaluates employee performance.
• Budget and Cost Control : Manages costs to ensure production stays within budget.
• Coordination : Ensures smooth coordination between different teams, such as engineering, procurement, and construction.
