A leading conglomerate with diversified business interests and a strong presence in real estate, infrastructure, and allied sectors. The real estate division manages a portfolio of ₹600–800 crores , comprising residential and commercial developments. We are looking for a high-calibre Finance Controller to drive financial governance for this growing portfolio.

Role Overview

The Finance Controller will oversee end-to-end financial operations for the real estate division, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial insight. The role includes managing accounting processes, portfolio-level financial planning, and delivering board-level presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Accounting

• Lead complete accounting operations, including project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, and general ledger management.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, RERA, FEMA, and other regulatory norms.
• Manage monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing and MIS reporting.
• Oversee cash flow planning, fund flow management, and project-wise cost monitoring.
