Job descriptionChartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance). 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or energy sectors. Proven experience raising debt and equity in the UAE. Strong understanding of IFRS, VAT, ESR, and UAE corporate governance. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic and hands-on — able to balance growth vision with financial discipline. Strong understanding of UAE’s financial and banking ecosystem. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging investors and partners. Integrity, transparency, and a commitment to sustainable business growth. About Zynetic
Zynetic Electric Vehicles Charging LLC is a UAE-based Charge Point Operator (CPO) developing a network of fast and ultra-fast EV charging stations across Dubai and other Emirates. With operational chargers across major hospitality, real estate, and commercial hubs, Zynetic partners with top developers to accelerate the UAE’s clean mobility transition.
The company is expanding its EV infrastructure footprint, building advanced charging hubs, and raising structured capital to support large-scale deployment.
Role Overview
The CFO will be responsible for leading Zynetic UAE’s financial operations, including capital raising, banking relationships, investor reporting, risk governance, and compliance. This role demands a leader who can balance operational finance discipline with strategic growth planning in the UAE’s evolving e-mobility sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & implement Zynetic UAE’s financial strategy aligned with business growth and expansion goals.
- Lead equity and debt fundraising from UAE-based investors, family offices, and financial institutions (including EDB and local banks).
- Build and maintain investor relations , oversee due diligence, and manage financial reporting for stakeholders.
- Oversee accounting, audits, VAT, and regulatory compliance under UAE corporate frameworks.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and project-level capital allocation to ensure liquidity and profitability.
- Establish strong internal controls and MIS systems for transparent and efficient financial governance.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks , ensuring insurance and statutory compliance (DEWA, MoE, ESR, etc.).
- Support the CEO and Board with financial analysis, ROI models, and business insights for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with operations and commercial teams on structuring JV, revenue-share, and financing models.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and investor reports to track company and project performance.
