Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, hands-on experience across multiple clouds, and a proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures. This role requires strong leadership, mentorship, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term Salesforce technical roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Establish and optimize CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide architectural guidance leveraging frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies .
• Optimize Salesforce performance (Apex, SOQL, integrations, UI) for large-scale, high-volume data environments .
• Mentor and coach technical teams, delivering training on best practices, standards, and reusable frameworks.
• Collaborate with business and executive stakeholders to articulate technical solutions in business-friendly terms .
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and solution designs .
• Stay current with emerging technologies (AI / ML, IoT, Blockchain) and evaluate their applicability within Salesforce.
