Survey programming refers to translating the survey requirements into a questionnaire such that meaningful insights can be derived out of it. For market research, data needs to be collected from many sources in a number of ways. Survey software gathers data easily and provides comprehensive reports and analytics which can be used to make better business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage & improvise end to end process from Questionnaire review to providing the Final survey data.
- Direct client communication to understand the overall tasks & requirements, and make sure to provide or execute the same on schedule.
- Make sure that team follows the standard and help them to train, understand & improve.
- Checking if all the end results are produced as per the client’s requirement & satisfaction level is managed.
- Preparing quality, utilization, efficiency & other key performance reports for team / account & make sure resources are utilized efficiently.
- Preparing Day Plan & Delivery schedule, make sure resources are aligned & execute projects accordingly.
- Lead an example for Team to follow & develop subordinates as part of their career enhancements process.
- Understand the business and client needs in specific and ensure all production is done complying with the process guidelines and client specific guidelines
- Should be able to troubleshoot any issues related to programming independently. Perform in every stage of Test Process, during & post training
- Knowledge of custom scripting using CSS / HTML / jQuery is desired
- Using SPSS Dimensions IOM to program surveys, manage data and associated deliverables, develop custom & advance features including client special project requirements, develop & manage processes, training programs, weekly / bi-weekly review calls, Team development, utilization, and motivation.
