Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites Collaborate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and submit regular MIS updates Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, safety, and quality standards Monitor material deliveries, usage, and site inventory Plan weekly targets and track progress to ensure timely completion Conduct site measurements, snag lists, and client inspections Strong understanding of construction drawings, layouts, and site management Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and mobile reporting tools Ability to handle multiple sites or labor teams independently Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Qualifications :
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial construction
- Proficient in Malayalam and English (both spoken and written)
