Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, policies, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and compliance activities while creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll processing and leave management.
- Handle performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly.
- Assist in training and development programs.

Requirements
Bachelors / Master degree in Human Resources shall only apply25 years of experience in HR roles. (Recruiters NEED NOT Apply)Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS / ERP).Proficiency in Written & Verbal English is a MUSTAverage of 70% And above Marks in Class 10 , 12 & Graduation is a MUSTWhat We Offer
