SAM Pro developer / HAM Pro developer

We are hiring for both SAM Pro developer and HAM Pro Developer. Details are mentioned below for both of the position.

For HAM PRO Developer :

Experience Level : 5+ years

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-time

Work timings : 3 pm to 11 pm

Key points are below :

HAM PRO :

• Configure and Operate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace ( in short worked as HAM PRO developer)
• Implement and manage Hardware Model Normalization and HAM Content Service integrations
• Manage asset creation, Service catalog setup , and maintenance for seamless hardware request and implementation of fulfillment workflows .
• Configure CI-to-Asset reconciliation rules and maintain alignment between CMDB and HAM Pro records.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and scheduled jobs for HAM processes
• Design and maintain stockroom and procurement workflows using Flow Designer and Catalog Items.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports
• Hands-on expertise i n Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
