For HAM PRO Developer :
Experience Level : 5+ years
Location : Remote
Employment Type : Full-time
Work timings : 3 pm to 11 pm
Key points are below :
HAM PRO :
- Configure and Operate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace ( in short worked as HAM PRO developer)
- Implement and manage Hardware Model Normalization and HAM Content Service integrations
- Manage asset creation, Service catalog setup , and maintenance for seamless hardware request and implementation of fulfillment workflows .
- Configure CI-to-Asset reconciliation rules and maintain alignment between CMDB and HAM Pro records.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and scheduled jobs for HAM processes
- Design and maintain stockroom and procurement workflows using Flow Designer and Catalog Items.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Hands-on expertise i n Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies.

Person must have experience in SAM PRO configuration / Modifications or who worked as SAM PRO developerPerson who has experience in Implement and maintains software entitlement, normalization processes using Software content serviceConfigure Publisher Packs (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, etc.) for license metric tracking and reconciliation.Build custom dashboards and compliance reports for software usage, entitlement, and optimization.Develop and automate software reclamation workflowsConfigure Reconciliation Rules, License Metrics , and Entitlement Normalization logicLoad entitlements into SAM Pro using bulk upload templatesImplementation of L icense Compliance & Reconciliation within SAM PRO moduleExperience in l oading / configuring publisher packs (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM) within SAM PRO moduleHands-on expertise i n Flow Designer, Catalog Builder, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
