We’re seeking ambitious Media Sales Executives and Senior Executives to drive advertising, sponsorship, and digital campaign sales across multiple channels. The role offers exposure to India’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical, healthcare, and architecture ecosystem, as well as the opportunity to work with top brands, agencies, and innovators.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through sales of :
- Magazine ad space (print and digital editions)
- Online banner and native ads
- Webinar sponsorships and EDM campaigns
- Event partnerships and logo visibility options
- Identify new clients and sectors within pharma, biotech, healthcare, and allied industries.
- Present customised media and branding solutions to clients and agencies.
Client Servicing & Relationship Building
Build strong, long-term relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and media planners.Maintain a high level of client engagement, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Act as a single point of contact between the client and internal editorial / design teams.Sales Planning & Reporting
Maintain updated client databases and sales pipelines.Prepare proposals, rate cards, and campaign performance reports.Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities.Qualifications
Experience :
Executive : 1–3 years in B2B / media / advertising salesSr. Executive : 3–6 years in media sales (preferably pharma / healthcare / manufacturing verticals)Education :
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Media, or Communication preferredRequired Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong networking abilities and client relationship management skillsProficiency in MS Office and digital media tools (CRM, LinkedIn, etc.)Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about the media industryDetails regarding the pay range or salary will be discussed during the interview process.
