Job Title : Sales And Marketing Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Identify, research, and engage with potential clients across corporates, consulting firms, and educational institutions through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Cold Calling & Outreach :
- Conduct high-volume outbound calling and personalized outreach to introduce the company's psychometric assessment solutions and secure qualified meetings for the Business Manager.
- Client Meetings & Demos :
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations with decision-makers (HR, L&D, and business leaders) to support the sales pipeline.
- Pipeline & Revenue Management :
- Maintain a healthy lead pipeline, nurture prospects, and contribute directly to achieving monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Client Needs Analysis :
- Understand client talent challenges and recommend appropriate assessment and behavioral tools aligned with their goals.
- Collaboration & Coordination :
- Work closely with the Business Manager and internal teams to prepare proposals, support closures, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Market Intelligence :
- Stay informed about trends in HR tech, learning & development, and psychometric assessments to position solutions effectively.
- Brand Advocacy :
- Represent the organization in webinars, events, and virtual sessions to build brand visibility and credibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience : 3–8 years in B2B sales, lead generation, inside sales, or business development — preferably in HR solutions, assessments, or L&D consulting.Sales Acumen : Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.Consultative Selling : Understanding of HR processes, assessments, and behavioral tools (e.g., DISC, MBTI, Hogan) preferred.Mindset : Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently or remotely.Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and digital prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).Education
Bachelor's degree required.MBA / PGDM in HR, Psychology, or Marketing preferred.Certification or knowledge of DISC or other behavioral assessments will be an added advantage.What We Offer
