Job descriptionFinal-year students pursuing BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in sales, customer experience, or marketing. Ability to work from the Pune office (Balewadi). A proactive, self-driven attitude with eagerness to learn. Hands-on training in sales and D2C eCommerce. Exposure to real-time customer interaction. Opportunity for a full-time role upon successful internship completion. Certificate & recommendation letter on completion. Incentives on performance.
Position : Inside Sales Executive
Location : Pune (Onsite – Balewadi)

Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
- Assist customers who have shown interest in our products (e.g., abandoned cart leads).
- Understand customer concerns and guide them toward making a purchase.
- Support the sales team in daily follow-ups and maintain accurate interaction logs.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align communication.
- Learn and implement best practices in D2C inside sales and cart recovery.
- Provide regular feedback to improve sales strategies and customer experience.
