Job Purpose
The main role of a Sales Associate will be - sourcing, purchasing, and trading with commercial aircraft parts. Establish positive and long-term sales relationships with customers while performing directed activities designed to achieve sales and revenue.
Duties And Responsibilities
Primary responsibility :
- Grow customer relationships with identified airlines, MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Analyze customer requirements and RFQs (Request for Quotes), create proposals, quote prices, and negotiate prices within company pricing guidelines.
- Assist with answering all calls and quote stock items at fair market value as per the set pricing.
- Identify trading opportunities that require repair / overhaul investment to maximize financial returns.
- Process all sales orders, quotes, and drop ships.
Secondary Responsibility
Represent the company through trade shows, phone calls, emails, and participation in industry organizations as requested.Maintain and develop long-term beneficial relationships with current and potential customers.Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
