Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels (Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon) providing excellent customer service, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with the founding team. Day-to-day tasks include managing product listings, handling customer inquiries, monitoring online sales performance, product photoshoot ideation and execution, and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills and E-Commerce expertise
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and a results-driven approach
• Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce is required
• Candidate will also be required to handle Frontier's social media, hence relevant skills and experience would be preferred.
• Salary - 2-3 LPA
