Student Enrollment Manager

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager Admissions (Operations)

Reports to : Head Admissions

Job Location : Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and streamline end-to-end admissions operations , including lead allocation, follow-ups, application processing, documentation, and query resolution.

Oversee the call centre admissions workflow , ensuring timely outreach to prospective students / parents across UG / PG programs and maintaining high service-quality standards.

• Monitor counsellor productivity, call quality, and conversion ratios;

identify gaps and drivecontinuous improvement.

Develop and implement strategies to increase student inquiries and applications through effective tele-counselling, lead nurturing, and timely communication.

Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Academics, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth pre-admission and post-admission processes.

Plan and manage virtual and on-ground admissions events such as information sessions, open houses, webinars, and counselling camps.

Ensure accurate reporting of daily / weekly / monthly admission metrics, including lead flow, funnel conversions, and enrolment status.

Support relationship-building initiatives with schools, coaching centres, and key influencers by coordinating outreach activities and facilitating collaborations through the admissions team.

Maintain high standards of customer experience through prompt query handling, escalation management, and process adherence.

Assist the Head – Admissions in driving admissions targets, operational planning, and policy / process updates.

Eligibility :

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Minimum 10-15 yrs in education industry or University setup

Immediate joiners preferred

CTC Offered - 10 to 12 LPA
