This involves designing and executing critical on-the-ground functions, such as VIP handling, managing the Ticket Office, and providing Booth Sales Support. Your proficiency and leadership will directly guarantee the on-site triumph of the entire event.

2. Promotion & Outreach : Sparking Community Hype

This role is the frontline for maximizing attendance and brand recognition . You will devise and execute the Campus Ambassador strategy, lead offline community-focused marketing campaigns, and drive outreach efforts. You will manage the crucial domain of SNS marketing and digital content .
