Position : Microstrategy, Snowflake

Job Location : Bangalore

Must Have :

Hands-on experience administering Snowflake, MicroStrategy SaaS, Qlik, Looker, or Semarchy.
Strong expertise with AWS services relevant to BI platforms (RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC).
Proficiency in observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus) for monitoring and alerting.
Proven track record of incident response and root cause analysis for high-severity platform incidents.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and BI / reporting teams.

Good To Have :

Certifications such as MicroStrategy Certified System Administrator (Cloud), Qlik Sense System Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.

Experience supporting CI / CD workflows (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for BI or analytics platform deployments.

Familiarity with AIOps or automated monitoring practices to improve platform stability and reduce manual effort.

Background in large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
