Mid-market / SMB hunter profile – Skilled at selling to small & mid-sized businesses, staffing agencies, recruitment consultants, and startups. Experience at SaaS startups like Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Recooty, Zimyo, Razorpay (SMB sales teams). Already sold successfully to HR Heads, TA teams, or Recruitment Agencies.

About the Role
As a Sales Business Partner, you'll be the trusted connector between our platform and hiring teams in your network.
You'll introduce HR leaders, recruiters, and decision-makers to our platform and earn competitive commissions for every client that comes onboard through your referrals.
This is a referral-based role with full flexibility; ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, or anyone with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Share our platform with your HR and recruiting network
- Show hiring teams how AI-driven matching and bias-free hiring can transform their process
- Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding
- Provide valuable feedback to help refine our platform
- Work independently and earn based on successful referrals
