Our client, a leading product-based eCommerce SaaS company, is looking for a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across multiple technology functions. This is a Hybrid opportunity, offering the chance to partner closely with business leaders and make a direct impact on team growth and success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closure.
- Source top talent through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical expertise, cultural fit, and career alignment.
- Build and nurture candidate relationships, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve processes.
What You’ll Need
4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter within a product-based or SaaS environment.Proven success in technical recruiting across diverse engineering and technology roles.Strong ability to negotiate offers, benchmark compensation, and achieve strong retention post-hire.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to confidentiality and detail.Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
