Create and maintain candidate profiles, job requisitions, and onboarding tasks in WorkdayTrigger onboarding workflows including document collection, joining formalities, and induction schedulingEnsure data accuracy and consistency across Workday modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, and Core HCMSupport configuration updates, testing, and enhancements for India-specific Workday processesReporting & Stakeholder Collaboration
