Position : IT - Senior Analyst - SAP SD

Responsibilities :

Analyze and understand the business requirements related to the order-to-cash process
Translate business needs into technical specifications and propose effective SAP SD solutions
Integrate requirements with standard SAP SD technology in SAP ECC6 and SAP S / 4HANA environments
Test new developments, manage system configurations, and ensure proper documentation
Analyze order-to-cash process issues and propose improvements in coordination with various departments
Assume greater responsibilities as a senior analyst, including mentoring junior team members and handling complex issues

Requirements

Required Skills :

6+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD techno-functional roles

In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash processes including sales order management, billing, and delivery

Experience in SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and incident resolution

Ability to work collaboratively with extended teams located in Europe and India

Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders

Experience with integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

English proficiency is required; additional language skills are a plus
