Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between financial institutions and clients throughout the lending process
• Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on borrowers
• Prepare, review, and organize loan documentation and reports
• Advise stakeholders on transaction structuring, compliance, and credit risk
• Facilitate negotiations, ensuring terms meet all parties’ requirements
• Monitor ongoing compliance and manage communication channels
