Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The candidate must have prior experience in managing a Café, Lounge, or Bar . Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining service standards, handling customer feedback, managing inventory, controlling costs, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the restaurant team for efficient operations.
• Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
• Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and cost control.
• Drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability.
