Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in documenting business requirements , workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in customer interactions to understand and capture business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and testers.
- Apply basic SQL and software testing skills to validate business requirements and outcomes.
