We are building a tech platform to revolutionize how tourism operates in India. Our mission is to simplify and improve the experience for both travelers and service providers, making it more accessible, efficient, and affordable for everyone.

Role Expectations :

  • We expect you to be an active part of our team and to take ownership of the business side, from strategy to execution. You must be proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You are expected to take big, undefined problems and break them down into clear, actionable steps. We value a "why" and "how" mindset, and a constant curiosity for understanding how things work.
  • We are looking for someone with a natural understanding of how a business operates. If you've had exposure to running a small business, a family shop, or have simply studied the science of commerce and what makes an enterprise successful, that is a significant advantage. This role requires you to apply that knowledge to our startup's unique challenges.
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to drive tangible results that lead to business growth and profitability.
  • Additionally, a passion for travel or adventurous exploration, is a significant advantage. We value individuals who understand the traveler's perspective and can bring that insight to our mission of revolutionizing tourism in India.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Strategy & Market Analysis : Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities, define customer segments, and understand the industry landscape.
  • Go-To-Market Planning : Develop a comprehensive and executable plan for how we will enter the market and acquire our first customers and partners. This includes defining the sales and marketing strategies.
  • Revenue Generation : Ideate and propose monetization strategies to make the business profitable. This will involve analyzing various pricing models and revenue streams.
  • Sales & Marketing Execution : Define the sales processes for our on-ground team and outline cost-effective marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for creating the initial sales pitch and marketing materials.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure your business strategies are aligned with product development and capabilities.
  • Performance Reporting : Track and analyze key business metrics, using data to inform and adjust strategies. You will be responsible for providing regular, data-driven insights on our performance.
  • Skills : Business Acumen, Strategy, Market Analysis, GTM Planning, Revenue Generation, Sales Execution

    You'll be a core part of our early team, with a direct hand in shaping the business and high ownership. You'll work closely with the founder, gaining valuable mentorship and learning as we build a company to disrupt an industry.
