About this Role

We're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead AI / ML projects, guiding teams to deploy cutting-edge problem-solving technologies. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation through strategic partnerships.

  • Discuss client requirements, develop tailored proposals, and conduct solution / product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities.
  • Oversight of AI model development, deployment, and content generation to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Coding, designing, developing, implementing, and deploying advanced AI solutions using NLP, Python, LLMs, Deep Learning, and AI principles to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Actively lead projects, contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives, and provide high-quality solutions to customers by delivering exceptional results.
  • Develop value-creating strategies and models to help clients innovate, drive growth, and increase profitability through data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Hands-on expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, programming, and related concepts to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Leadership : Capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers to foster growth and collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency : Implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP to achieve maximum results.
  • Experience with Large language Models like GPT 3.5, GPT 4, Llama, Gemini, Mistral, etc. to leverage their full potential.
  • Extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to apply the right tools for the job.
  • Strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns to deliver high-quality solutions.
